Dmitry Gelfand is an artist and researcher, merging physics, chemistry and computer science with uncanny philosophical practices. In tandem with Evelina Domnitch, Gelfand abandoned fixative media in favor of ever-transforming phenomena offered for observation. In order to engage such ephemeral processes, the duo has collaborated with numerous scientific research facilities, including the Physics Institute of Goettingen University (Germany), the Institute of Advanced Sciences and Technologies (Japan), and Ricso Laboratory (Russia)
